most planetary objects move in a primary or prograde direction around the sun .. we walk clockwise in orbits about the center of the city .. but still nonetheless of course, celestial objects & satellites can move counter or in a retrograde rotation against their principal direct pathway .. on occasion, we are drawn, as are others, back again thru the city .. retrograde or retrogressive celestial behavior, either temporary or long-term, is not eccentric, rather it is another type of, or a differing form of, trajectory .. a few times a cycle, we behave differently, and we may move retroactively thru the city ..
